• Scheduled mindfulness and gentle movement sessions
• A nutritionally designed meal geared to fill your stomach and warm the spirit 

Curated by mother and daughter creative duo, Ciltona & Ebony, the Refresh Retreat is designed for female artists of color to recharge and come away with revitalizing tools to assist in their artistic praxis.
